[摘要] This Order shall apply to granting of subsidies to nature projects on carbon-rich lowlands set to improve the environment and climate. The Danish AgriFish Agency regulates the Order and may grant allocation of subsidies to ensure study and information of these projects. The Agency shall also facilitate measures for the purchase of project land in adherence to Act No. 1275 of 2 November 2010 regarding the distribution of land and public purchase and sale of real property for agricultural purposes
