Oil in navigable Waters Act (Cap. 293).

[摘要] The Ordinance shall apply to any vessel that is carrying oil in bulk or cargo (sect. 2). The Ordinance applies to territorial waters of Barbados. Section 3 prescribes a penalty for discharge of oil in navigable waters. It shall not be lawful to transfer oil from or to any vessel at night (sect. 4). There shall be kept a record for every vessel involved in transfer of oil (sect. 6). The Minister may appoint public officers for purposes of inspection under section 9.
