[摘要] The Act provides for the removal or destruction of anything (sunken, stranded or abandoned vessels, fishing gear, and timber logs) obstructing the passage leading to any port in Bangladesh; furthermore it provides for the prevention of epidemics due to accidental contagious diseases arising from vessels and crew docked in port.
