Decree-Law No. 40/2012 on the National Electrification Programme (PEN).

[摘要] This Decree-Law, consisting of 11 articles, establishes the National Electrification Programme (PEN). This Programme aims at establishing the requirements for installing new electric lines for energy supply within the territory under National jurisdiction. It regulates the special procedures for the adjudication of line rehabilitation works and for the instalment of new electric lines.
