Admiralty Jurisdiction Act (No. 59 of 1991).

[摘要] This Act defines the admiralty jurisdiction of the Federal High Court, gives an interpretation of ”maritime claim” and makes provision with respect to certain procedures and powers of enforcement of the Court. Jurisdiction shall include any claim for liability incurred for oil pollution damage and any matter arising from shipping and navigation on any inland waters declared as "nation waterways".
