Pipelines Act 1967.

[摘要] This Act concerns the ownership, use, construction, maintenance and operation of pipelines in Victoria. The Act provides for permits for the ownership and use of pipelines (Part 2), acquisition of rights over land (Part 3) and construction, operation and inspection of pipelines (Part 4).
