Decree No. 610 of 2005 to amend the Decree containing Rules relative to the Use on or in the Soil or Surface Waters of Construction Materials in relation to exemptions and the future revision of the Decree.

[摘要] This Decree contains provisions relative to certain exemptions in relation with the use of recycled construction materials in the soil. Many of the previous restrictions were judged by an evaluation of the policy to be unnecessarily onerous for operators in the sector. New legislation is being prepared.
