Regional Law No. 358-OD “On tourism”.

[摘要] The scope of this Regional Law shall be to create favourable conditions for promotion of tourism and to create favourable conditions for the use of cultural and natural heritage. Regional state bodies, considering tourism a priority, shall promote it by creating favourable conditions for its development. Classification and assessment of tourist resources shall be carried out with the consideration of environmental impact.
