[摘要] This Decree amends Decree No. 60.582 on environmental licensing of aquaculture, creating Aquaculture State Centres, establishing the conditions for the sustainable development of aquaculture in the State of São Paulo. Amendments deal with administrative and legal proceedings, as well as new requirements standards to build and to issue authorization for aquaculture infrastructures.
