Release Ordinance.

[摘要] The purpose of the present Ordinance is to protect human beings, animals and the environment, as well as biological diversity and their sustainable use against threat and interference through handling of pathogenic or alien organisms. The text consists of 35 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Requirements for the handling of pathogenic or alien organisms in the environment (II); Conduct of experimental releases (III); Enforcement (IV); Final provisions (V).
