Gas Pipelines Access (Queensland) Act 1998.

[摘要] This Act concerns access rights to the pipeline system for natural gas, it consists of 60 sections and is divided into six Parts. Under section 6, the provisions of this Act and of related regulation apply also to coastal waters of Queensland. Part 2 is dedicated to access to gas pipelines, Part 3 covers national administration and enforcement and Part 4 local appeals bodies. The Act is completed by an attachment that reports provisions concerning access to gas pipelines in South Australia.
