[摘要] This Decree, consisting of 7 articles, approves the District Plan for Agriculture at Low Carbon Emission (Plan ABC-DF). It aims at promoting the mitigation of greenhouse gases (GHG) in agriculture, as recommended in the National Policy on Climate Change (NPCC), improving efficiency in the use of natural resources, increasing the resilience of production systems and rural communities and enabling the adaptation of the agricultural sector to climate change.
