Third Act amending provisions on energy.

[摘要] The present Act introduces some amendments to the Energy Industry Act. of 7 July 2005 (BGBl. P. 1970). In particular, the Act rewords, inter alia, article 12a on Tasks of transmission system operators, power to issues ordinances; article 13a on Decommissioning of generation facilities.
