[摘要] This Ordinance prescribes in detail the procedure of appointing and recalling the committee for strategic assessment, its mandatory composition and functioning, mandatory content of the opinion which is to be issued by the committee for strategic assessment, as well as manner for determining and paying the compensation for the committee’s activities. Committee is an advisory expert body which is appointed by the Ministry of the Environment. .
