Regional Act No. 19 making provision in matter of protection of the coastal zone against marine pollution.

[摘要] Paragraph 2 of article 20 of Regional Act No. 88 of 1998, relating to the administrative competences of local entities in matter of, inter alia, environmental protection, waste management and soil protection, is replaced by the text contained in article 1 hereto. The Provinces are hereinafter empowered to issue the authorizations referred to in article 35 of Legislative Decree No. 152 of 1999 relating to certain activities which imply discharges into marine waters.
