Regional law No. 430-85 “On urban forests of common use”.

[摘要] This Regional Law regulates the issues of management and keeping urban forests and green vegetation, afforestation and reforestation related to urban forests of common use. It shall be applicable to public and municipal urban forested areas. Management of urban forested areas shall be performed in compliance with land-use planning of urban areas. This Regional Law validates the map of urban forested areas.
