[摘要] This Order establishes rules for price caps and maximum prices for the supply of hot water and steam produced by waste incineration plants for heat production and heat delivery systems. The Danish Energy Regulatory Authority (DERA) shall notify price caps of the average price calculated on the basis of heat prices last reported to DERA after review of cost allocations and other conditions for the transport and delivery of district heating and production.
