Decree No. 42 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on labelling of household goods indicating information on noise emission.

[摘要] This Decree establishes rules for labelling of household goods for which manufacturer or importer must indicate noise emission. Noise emission indicator (LWA) must be expressed in decibels (dBA). Label must be distinctly visible and it must indicate noise emission level related to one picowatt (pW). Manufacturer or importer of household goods shall be liable for authenticity, fidelity and adequacy of information.
