[摘要] This Act regulates the exploration, exploitation and commercialization of petroleum in South Australia. For the purposes of the Act, the property in petroleum and other regulated resources is vested (or continues to be vested) in the Crown but on the production of petroleum by a person lawfully entitled to produce the petroleum it becomes the property of the person who produced it (sect. 5).
