Ministerial Decree No. 289 amending Ministerial Decree No. 376 validating the arrangements for the protection of environment against negative impact of some chemicals and pesticides.

[摘要] Item 4 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Authorized state customs body of Kyrgyzstan shall timely submit information to the authorized state institution in the sphere of environmental protection related to disclosure of cases of illegal import of chemicals and pesticides in accordance with the list validated by this Ministerial Decree”.
