[摘要] This Regulation establishes the procedure for the development of flood risk management plan with a view of reducing potential negative impact of flooding on vital activity of the population, environment, cultural heritage and economic activities. The management plan shall be elaborated for separate areas within the area of the river basin, which have a high risk of flooding.
