Order No. 847 amending Order on exemption of requirement for corporate unbundling for certain municipal solar power plants.

[摘要] The Order partly amends Order No. 260 – in particular article 9, to which the additional sections (4-7) are added with regard to regulations relative to the exempting certain municipal solar power plants from the requirements of commercial agreements. Municipalities may apply to Energinet.dk for exemptions up to 31 October 2014 and based on the initial applications for energy supply agreements, as well as on installed capacity of solar panels.
