[摘要] These Regulations amend section 47ZB(2)(b) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 to reduce the amount payable for a fixed penalty given under section 47ZA in the case of a fixed penalty relating to the alleged commission in England of an offence under section 46 (receptacles for household waste).
