[摘要] This Decree creates the Environmental Control Department - DMMA. It consists of 11 articles specifying the composition and competencies of the aforementioned environmental institution entitled to carry out controls on polluting activities, establish fines to be paid for offenders and manage the environmental sector within the State of Rio de Janeiro.
