Decree No. 37 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection validating the Regulation on collection, treatment and recycling of packaging waste.

[摘要] This Decree sets forth the modalities of collection, treatment and recycling of packaging waste related to industrial packaging materials. Treatment of packaging waste shall be performed at special waste management and treatment sites. Use of waste treatment technologies causing formation of resistant pollutants exceeding established rates shall be prohibited.
