Order No. 588 on authorities' administration pursuant to the Natural Gas Supply Act.

[摘要] Transmission and distribution companies together with Energinet.dk and its subsidiaries, shall pay to national authorities, a fixed tax for natural gas transportation from 2005 onwards. These costs shall cover Energinet.dk's expenditures with regard to inspection of transmission grids and the administration of applications from distribution companies, establishment of new transmission plants and their authorizations. Specific costs are listed in article 2.
