Decree-Law No. 14/2006 ruling on Cape Verde electricity system.

[摘要] This Decree-Law, composed of three articles and one Annex, amends and provides a consolidated version of Decree-Law No. 54/99 of 30 August 1999. This latter Decree-Law is composed of 114 articles divided in 22 Chapters. It rules on general principles undergoing electricity supply in Cape Verde. It structures the national electricity system regulating electricity production, distribution and licences, as well as tariffs and service quality aspects.
