Law No. 11.478 approving the State planning for rural infrastructures environmental licensing.

[摘要] This Law, consisting of 9 articles, approves the State planning for rural infrastructures environmental licensing to be applied within the State of Bahia. The aim of this planning is to promote the environmental harmonization of rural infrastructures through a rehabilitation and regularization system and land use planning of legal reserves and areas of permanent preservation.
