Airports (Environment Protection) Regulations 1997.

[摘要] These Regulations, made under the National Environment Protection Council Act 1994, concern the protection of the environment on and around airports specified by these Regulations. The Regulations aim at prevention of water, soil and noise pollution generated by activities at airports and promote improving environmental management practices for activities carried out at airport sites. They do not apply to (noise) pollution generated by an aircraft.
