Regional Law No. 363-KZ “On healthcare areas and spas”.

[摘要] This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of study, utilization, promotion and protection of healthcare areas and spas, including recreational water use and healthcare use of thermal water and mineral water, and also of therapeutic muds. A territory can be acknowledged healthcare area by decision of the regional administration in accordance with the federal legislation.
