[摘要] The present Law enforces and completes the Federal Environment Protection Act of 7 October 1983. In particular, the Law promotes the reduction and recycling of waste- The text consists of 29 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: Purpose and general principles (I); Competence (II); Planning of cantonal environmental protection (III); Municipalities (IV); Cantonal promotional measures (V); Implementing procedural provisions (VI); Transitional and final provisions (VII).
