[摘要] These Regulations transpose for the United Kingdom Article 3.5 of Directive 2003/30/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the promotion of the use of biofuels or other renewable fuels for transport. They provide a mechanism through which the labelling requirements can be enforced by weights and measures authorities.
