Federal Law No. 132-FZ amending Federal Law No. 190-FZ “On thermal energy and heat supply”.

[摘要] This Federal Law introduces the concept of "federal state energy supervision", which will be implemented by authorized federal executive bodies. This supervision is aimed at preventing, detecting and suppressing violations in the sphere of heat supply. In addition, the law fixes the security requirements in the sphere of heat supply and establishes a duty to comply with these requirements by heat supply, heating network organizations and consumers of heat energy.
