[摘要] Article 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The objectives of this Regional Law shall include forecasting of the outbreak of disasters, assessment of socio-economic consequences of disasters, prevention of the outbreak and propagation of disasters, including ensuring safety of the people in waterbodies”.
