Antarctic Treaty (Environment Protection) (Waste Management) Regulations 1994.
[摘要] The Regulations aim at the prevention of pollution and make provision for the removal of waste in the Antarctic. The stated objectives of these Regulations are: (a) to assist in implementing Australia's obligations under Annex III to the Madrid Protocol; and (b) to provide for the management of waste generated in connection with activities in the Antarctic to which the Annex does not apply (reg. 2).
