[摘要] These Regulations prescribe the particulars of the matters required by section 101(1) of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 to be contained in the register of information that shall be maintained by the Department of the Environment as the appropriate licensing authority for the Northern Ireland inshore region. The particulars concern applications and licences for licensable marine activities as identified by section 66 of the Act.
