[摘要] This Decree-Law, consisting of 6 Chapters, creates the Gas and Oil Public Company called TIMOR GAP-Timor Gás & Petróleo, E.P. (TIMOR GAP, E.P). It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned National Company entitled to carry out any activity related to oil and gas sectors and will be regulated by Law No. 13/2005 on National territory or sea.
