Ordinance on solar energy.

[摘要] The present Ordinance implements the Cantonal Energy Law of 9 September 1998. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the establishment of a Solar Energy Exchange Board to integrate the solar energy produced in decentralized power stations in the Canton Basel-Stadt within the normal electric current distribution net to be delivered to interested customers. The text consists of 10 articles.
