[摘要] This Act establishes the Port Authority of Nauru and makes provision with respect to its functions, powers and operation. In addition, the Act provides rules relative to various matters affecting the functioning or protection of ports including administration of ports, pilotage, the handling of dangerous goods and prevention of pollution.
