Act amending the provisions regarding entry into force of the Environment Protection Act (No. 196 of 2012).

[摘要] This Act amends the Environment Protection Act in transitional provisions and with respect to the date of entry into force (now 1 May 2012). The transitional provisions concern, among other things, environmental permits and conditions attached to a permit. The competent authority may change conditions of permit, in particular conditions regarding security.
