Law No. 5685 on geothermal resources and natural mineral waters.

[摘要] This Law sets forth the rules and principles for exploring, producing and protecting geothermal and natural mineral water resources. Geothermal and natural mineral waters belong to the State. A special licence is required to carry out exploration activities. The licence may be issued according to the procedure regulated by these provisions and shall be valid for three years. An operational licence is necessary to exploit the resources above-mentioned. Operational licences are valid for 30 years
