[摘要] This Order establishes the requirements covered by rules on cross-compliance, with regard to aid to and inspection of farmers with regard to the environmental protection, climate change and good farming through protection of groundwater against pollution, animal welfare, plant protection and toxic substances containment. Farmers receiving financial support shall follow the requirements as part of cross-compliance set out in Appendix 1.
