Regional Law No. 107 "On ecological formation, education and ecological culture of the population".

[摘要] This Regional Law establishes legal, organizational and economic grounds for promotion of ecological formation, education and ecological culture of the population, and also establishes plenary powers of regional state bodies in the aforesaid sphere. State policy in the sphere of ecological education shall be conducted by means of: (a) creation of favourable conditions for ecological formation, education, culture; (b) state support of the organizations operating in the sphere of ecological format
