Carrier Bags Act (Northern Ireland) 2014 (2014 Cap. 7).

[摘要] This Act amends the Climate Change Act 2008 in provisions relating to payment to the Department of the Environment of charges on plastic carrier bags for environment protection purposes. They also amend the Single Use Carrier Bags Charge Regulations (Northern Ireland) regarding report on biodegradable carrier bags and on the operation of the charging provisions.
