Federal Act amending the Environment Sustainability Testing Act 2000 and repealing the Environment Commission Act 2000.

[摘要] The present Act introduces some amendments to the Environment Sustainability Testing Act 2000. In particular, the Act rewords article 40 on Appeal procedures; a paragraph 26 is added to article 46 dealing with delivery of decisions taken by the Environment Commission. Furthermore, the Act repeals the Environment Commission Act 2000. The text consists of 2 articles.
