Regulations on licensing of sites for new nuclear installations (No. R. 927 of 2011).

[摘要] These Regulations, made under section 36 and section 47 of the National Nuclear Regulator Act, 1999 establish requirements for applications for nuclear installation site licences. They, among other things, identify factors to be considered when evaluating sites for nuclear installation and specify requirements for a Site Safety Report to be made under these Regulations.
