[摘要] This Act makes provision for the establishment of the Kenya Coast Guard Service and defines its powers, functions, administration and internal organization. It also establishes the Council of the Kenya Coast Guard Service and the Technical Committee of the Kenya Coast Guard Service. The Act consists of 58 sections divided into 8 Parts.
