[摘要] The objectives of this Regional Act are the preservation and improvement of the environment and the development of flora and fauna at regional level. The functions entrusted to the regional authority in this field shall be exercised with a view to preventing the deterioration of the ecological balance and ensuring the restoration of polluted areas. Those regional functions are to be performed in conformity with the legislative framework laid down at national level and referred to in article 1. T
