Berlin Renewable Thermal Energy Act Implementation Law.

[摘要] The present Ordinance implements the Renewable Thermal Energy Act of 7 August 2008. In particular, article 1 of the Ordinance establishes that the competent office shall be empowered to enact Ordinances and Laws in view of the enforcement of the afore-mentioned Federal Act in the Land Berlin.
