Legislative Decree of 21 March 2017, no. 51 on the implementation of Directive (EU) 2015/652 laying down the methods of calculation and reporting requirements under the Directive 98/70/EC on the quality of petrol and diesel fuels and Directive (EU) 2015/1513, amending Directive 98/70/EC on the quality of petrol and diesel fuels and Directive 2009/28/EC on the promotion of the use of renewable energy sources.

[摘要] This Decree hereby stipulates various amendments and changes to be integrated as provisions of the Legislative Decree no. 66 on the implementation of article 1 of the Directive (EU) 2015/652 that lays down the methods of calculation and reporting requirements under the Directive 98/70/EC on the quality of petrol and diesel fuels (amended by the Directive (EU) 2015/1513), and of the Directive 2009/28/EC on the promotion of the use of renewable energy sources.
